We don't know the timeline of any of this yet.
Spider-Man 2 took place in a new school year after the unsnappening. No Sokovia accords.
Wandavision takes place mere weeks after the unsnappening. Sokovia accords.
She-Hulk could be somewhere in between.

Who knows when FFH takes place with regards to She-Hulk. But With Hoco, Spider-Man was explicitly operating outside the law. Tony told Peter to step back and let him handle it. Peter may have had the benefit of working with Fury/SHIELD to keep law enforcement off his back in FFH.

Based. Civil War was my favorite MCU arc (mainly cause it had a viable argument, tho I sided with Iron Man and would have executed Cap and Co.). Also, Zemo manipulating all these super powered yahoos was the icing on the cake.

I'm glad they went with a white actress, especially after DC's catering to the BLM movement.

Do you into Englisho? Repealing a bill/accord doesn't include any clients, it's not a penal case. She's either defending a client or trying to get the accords repealed, not both in the same case because it's not how any justice system works.

They aren't. The only hole in them is "the system is corrupt" and if it is indeed corrupt you're not getting it repealed. If it's not corrupt then you have no case.
