The only thing better about the bottom two is that the Flash's helmet is thinner. The CW Flash's mask/helmet looks too much like a dome on top.

Correct, being visually better makes it visually better, and not being made on a TV budget goes a long way. Especially as the Supergirl image is a mock up and we've learned that Ezra's Flash outfit was supposed to be temporary.

It's too smooth, if that's the right adjective. CW Flash suits looks like it had some functionality in mind, while this one lacks edge a bit.
It's still concept art still, so I will reserve my opinions till actual physical suit comes out.

To me, CW flash suit looks like some sort of prototype condensed asbestos suit firemen would use while the Snyder Flash suit looks like a bunch of scraps put together by some dude in a garage, which was the point I guess.
