>>120916095Adora likewise is pretty damn flat as a character, by episode 3 she's as developed as she's going to be for the entire series outside of "Oh I suddenly like Catra now". Her relationship with the Horde? Done. Her relationship with Shadow Weaver? Concluded. Her relatioship with Hordak? They didn't even meet until season 3. Her relationship with her final boss, Horde Prime? Neither of them knew the other one existed until the final season. Even her being She-Ra concludes with "I want it really hard, so give it to me" and she just gets back her powers. No working towards it, no steps taken to regain or control her power, she just stomps her feet like a bratty teen and demands the universe hand back the one costly choice she made in the entire series and it just shits out some new powers to cover herself in.
She's somehow flatter than the old-Ra version, at least that one lost sometimes, had a different personality as She-Ra, and actually confronted the Horde about the shit they did before she left.
