Firms with gamestop shorts need to be SUPER cautious right this second, and are going to pass up chances, sell risky shit they normaly would hold, be more conservative. This applies to banks that back firms with gamestop shorts as well.
That sort of thing will cause moves in the market, that a sensible anon can make reasonable, low risk gains on.

There SHOULD be some sort of physical place for gamers that makes money. Exactly what it is, and how it should make money, and most importantly, if fucking gamestop can make it happen is a much harder question.
What this does do however is get fucking cheating vultures who were deliberately trying to ruin the company prematurely by manipulating it's price of their back.
If they needed to finance something, pay their debts, make movies on credit, they can do that now in a way they couldn't at 5 dollars a share..
