I understand now. Sorry. Yes, it is, probably for some reason, perhaps because of the inspiration for the design of Donald's nephews in DT17, since they were created that way, and they have similar features, only they turned it upside down. Although I'm not sure.
Well the hatred for that series became, because people were tired of imitations of the 1990s, and they were looking for Ducktales, not some sitcom with Donald, Daisy and nephews. In fact, Quack Pack was supposed to be a sequel to Ducktales and would be called Duck Daze, but the Disney management rejected Jymm Magon's idea that Donald inherit Scrooge's fortune, so they made a series modeled on Donald's classic shorts from the golden age of cartoons.
And they don't like how they think it's a copy of Goof Troop, only with ducks, although the dynamics and relationships in the family are different.
By the way, the hatred towards Quack Pack was not great when it was broadcast, since the Disney Afternoon rating dropped before, the hatred towards that series started later, with the spread on the Internet, so many critics started spitting at that series and said that it killed Disney Afternoon, which is not true.
I don’t hate Quack Pack, I actually love that show and consider it underrated, but if they could have improved for the better, they could. The only thing I don't like about that series is the bad writing and too many humans. I don't mind the humans in Duckverse and they are certainly canon, but they could have added more anthropomorphic people.
I think they could have made a crossover Goof Troop and Quack Pack, had there been an opportunity then, given that there really are a lot of similarities. Sorry for the long post, I think it's clearer to you now.
