It's the fact all the VAs were black and made to be monke. So you're right. What we see isn't racism, but more the evidence of racism behind the scenes.
A lot of this gets lost because the writing on it is done by twitter /co/ types who try and fit a nuanced thing like this into 280 letters because twitter is designed by a retard who drinks salt water daily. And they're not very good at writing and making distinctions. Sometimes you have to look closer and extract their essential truth, the sentiment of what they're saying, the general thrust, and make up your own mind.
And by that same token merely pointing it out does not make one a racist, but the opposite. It means they COULD have racial biases underneath, but for the biases to be that strong they'd have to be people that generally equate black people to monkeys, proper oddballs, like recently reformed full-on Nazis who still haven't got out of the habit yet.
IS it me or does that explain why some of th emost vocal anti racists (the white ones at least) will assume Chris Pratt is a white supremacist and make a scene, but then attack his black colleague Zoe Saldana when she steps in to defend him, up to and including calling her a nigger?
