Breasts rarely are a back issue, granted there are cases but those are extreme situations and of course surgery should be performed, this might have even been one, but to nonchalantly say "breasts are a literal pain in the back" is an incredibly dangerous path of thinking. These surgeries should be performed when needed not out of misguided vanity and self loathing under some feeble excuse.
As for people looking, that's only a meme on the internet, real people don't just go around staring at boobs 24/7, a lot of people don't even like overly large breasts, I know I don't, hell even on the internet asses are more popular now, we gonna start cutting those off?
God, I hate cosmetic surgeries, they never make people look better, only worse, it's an absolute travesty that people consider doing them without having a true medical need.
