It's not good, it's not great. Not as good as the original. It's every bit as dated, cliched, unfunny, and boring as it was in the 90's but on steroids because it's trying to be meta about a show in the 90's that was meta about television in the 60's, 70's, and 80's.
The spark isn't there. I think part of the reason is that, while the other skits and characters weren't funny, they offered a buffer to the main animation to where it wasn't just the Warner Brothers or Pinky and hte Brain that allowed them to be more creative and funny. Removing them instead of finding new skits to replace them was a stupid, stupid move. Something needs to be there to break the monotony, otherwise it's just references from start to finish and Pinky and the Brain.
It feels like a show that wasn't focus tested.
