I think about it sometimes. Like how far do adults see it? Excluding creators like John K and his adult party cartoon stuff, and hentai staff, etc. Just your average people. Of course no one is going to talk about it, because it's weird and the topic of it never comes up. You see this generation shitposting online about damn that cartoon boy thicc and such and it's common to see on twitter anyone having a crush on some cartoon person (usually a woman to a male character)
Also excluding characters like Princess Bubblegum that stick out as inhuman. Between the lines of a well drawn anime girl and a painted picture of a woman, how does the average mind process conventionally attractive drawings? Not just "I want to wife this girl" but in terms of a sexual appeal or anything really.
