>>119001247And thus her fate is sealed. It start with her first thinking she imagined the whole thing ("fairies aren't real, aren't they?"), thinking she just had a growth spurt and it's what gave her that strange "dream". However she still try to confront her boyfriend asking why she stood her up last night but keep gaslighting her, but then asking if she padded her bra to please him. He doesn't get why she get upset by that comment. But after winning a few scratching games and also still gaining a little bit in the following week, she become certain it was all real and that her boyfriend was effectively cheating on her. She drop him and tell him they are through.
She now feel like she can face life like never before, knowing she can never be fooled again.
But the thing is from that point on, her life will be a succession of thinking she has met "true love" only for her, again an again and again, for each person she will think is "the one" she will end up gaining in size... and with a broken heart, again. And as she become wealthier, it become harder to tell who is sincere.
It will not help that the standard of beauty in question is set in stone as the standard of beauty of her 16 year old self. She'll keep looking good, but it will look more and more dissonant as to what she'd like to look like, looking a bit too perfect, even with make-up she doesn't even need to apply herself.
From time to time she will look herself in the mirror, she will the next person she'll try to trust just end up participating at making her look more grotesque, or will she finally find true love?
