She doesn't look like a man trying to pass for a woman like 99% of the female "Characters" in cartoons. She's actually feminine and girly without being a damsel in distress or a token badass character.
She's has flaws which the other characters point out and is subject to slapstick humor as well. She's not a marysue and has multiple rivalries with characters within her own show.
That puts her leagues above any of the waifu or coomerbait anons have threads on.
She isn't perfect. She's shown not to be perfect and that is what makes her a good FEMALE character.
