It was some 30 minute animated film about two guys and two girls locked in a bathroom, all spoken in Arabic. Which thankfully the guy on YouTube subbed in English through closed captions.
It was about these people realizing they somehow ended up in what looked like one of those public bathroom, but with no doors or windows.
They spend like two minutes trying to find a way out, before giving and crying on the floor.
They then have a big long philosophical debate that this was how they were going to die, which made one of the boys just get up slam his head into the wall until he died.
Then some girl asked the only other boy to help drown her in a toilet, which they proceeded to do. And then the remaining girl just freaks out so much, she dies of a heart attack.
There might've been something else to that movie, but I was too freaked out by the art style and animation to finish it.
It looked like the Doraemon art style (OP said the thread that his friend grew up "Watching Fujiko Fujio's anime in Arabic"), but it was so fluidly animated. Too fluid.
My God, I still have occasional nightmares about that movie.
