I feel it's more important and helpful to all the characters involved, not just your waifu Babs, to restore their relationships and history Babs had pre-flashpoint. So Babs is a 30 year old trying to act like she's 20. That's kind of the canon we got since the last issue of Batgirl has her in the 28-35 age category which goes against Burnsides 21.
The Helena, Dinah and Zinda benefit from getting their history with Babs back. Zinda would actually have her chances of coming back in the next Birds series raised.
Cass benefits of getting her history back.
Steph benefits of getting her history back.
Babs benefits of getting all her history and relationships back. So what if the last nine years of Babsgirl are recontextualized as Babs going through a midlife crisis and trying to go back to before she was disabled when she was 21 like nothing ever happened? I'd say it adds to her character more than being young hip rebooted Batgirl with barely acknowledging her former disabled representation status symbol.
