So for Spider-Man you start with him in high school, he has his first fights with the marquee villains, gets into college, dates Gwen, Gwen dies, Secret Wars, black suit, marries MJ, Venom, Harry as the Green Goblin, Carnage, truncated version of the Clone Saga, joining the New Avengers, etc
Final story arc, assuming no notable new Spider-Man history happens between the launch of the show and then, would be a little bit like Life Story in reverse, with Miles having to figure out a way to help Peter take his body back from a Superior Spidey Otto
