>Riker>Kira>JanewayAyelborne>Q>Metron>Trelane, and it's pretty easy. Sisko has literal plot armor and divine intervention, Data is better than everyone in every way, and so is Bashir.
Q has Picard who can do just about anything when Sir Pat has a say, Seven who has Borg hax, and Odo who is a Changeling. Still, I feel Data + Bashir is too OP to counter.
Metron would win hand to hand but in any other situation having Janeway, Riker, Kira and Torres, all big dominant argumentative personalities, on the same team is a recipe for butting heads, not cooperation. Still, solid hitters.
Trelane is a mess, Miles is one of the most important people in Federation history and so is Kirk, and Jadzia is pretty versatile, but Worf is a jobber, McCoy is woefully outclassed by Bashir, and Quark is worse than useless unless it's the midnight hour.
