>>117975340Actually this is wrong and stupid.
Black and White never got attacked during their sequence because energy from the land of light specifically is anathema to the Dark King's minions and when Ilkubo got exposed to it directly he degenerated into a half-melted blob man. This is, however, unique to Futari Wa/Max Heart. Movie villains had no such issues, as they exist in a different context. Likewise, crossover villains never have issues with stealing Suite Precure's henshin trinkets because they're not under Noise's influence. Trio De Minor, on the other hand, got fried just from making contact with one.
As a general rule, any time a stock footage henshin is used it's considered a timelapse with the assumption that in the context of the "real world" the transformation takes place in a fraction of a second. Earlier shows used to state this outright- Gavan, notably, has the iconic Electroplate sequence which is referenced in basically every transforming hero manga. It's just a generally accepted cliche that underlies the jap consciousness.
But if you fucking watched the show you'd already know this.
