1)it'll be able to send signals in and out of your body constantly, which will have adverse effects on your mind.
2)You're literally giving a company a tool to determine your worth as a human being, if the chip will show that you are sick in any way(even if it's faulty info) services and companies will refuse you, also it'll create strict shame culture in communities against people who won't have chips.
3)No technology in human history was ever hack-proof and this Chips won't be an exception,imagine if someone can easily steal all the information on your body and psyche with a press of a button.
4)I doubt they'll ever release the full list of the Chips capabilities, but i'm certain that it'll have the ability to send signals into your brain for stimuli and i hope i don't need to tell you how it can be used for evil.
