I started to post about something else in King's run that was fucking retarded like Psycho Pirate completely removing much of the cast's personality and motivations, but that just led to me getting too pissed off about every other part of King's run. Despite it doing Bruce a lot of harm and making it so he'll never really move past the death of his parents, Batman has done so much good that Alfred understands this and will support him even if he never truly wanted this life for Bruce.
