>>117456560The real disjointed feeling comes from watching the moonbase episode in summer 2016, then the blue diamond episode in january 2017, then a lot of other shit I don't care about happened and then we got blue and yellow coming to earth finally sometime in early 2018 and then in summer 2018 we finally got the big white diamond reveal before another half year passes to have the series "end".
Honestly I feel like the move in summer 2019 and future universe were more satisfying stories, simply because it isn't months of nothing, then filler, then a handful of plot episodes then repeat over a period of nearly a decade of blueballing. The entire show would benefit if it had 1) had a consistent run from 2013-2017 with all the episodes including future being aired during that period in a condensed fashion 2) had a lot of the fluff taken out, since it just adds to the weird feeling of dementia.
"Watching" SU wasn't watching, it was tuning in every year to see if the plot had progressed and then laughing at stupid drama like Zuke and her crackship autism derailing entire plotlines.
