Here's the thing: Kids would not watch his content if they realized it's for kids. Kids LOVE "cute thing is actually dark" like FNAF, Undertale, Baldi, etc. They think they're consuming forbidden material while actually just just enjoying regular intended-for-kids stuff. It was the same thing with Goosebumps books 25 years ago. "OMG a camera makes you turn into a skeleton, kids like me shouldn't be reading this!!!"
Anyway, that's why he'll never share real data and will always insist that his content isn't for kids. Basically it'd "ruin the magic" so to speak, and kids wouldn't think it's cool or dark anymore.
