Friday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoon to evening, and NEVER a weekday. All characters must have source. No OCs, Toonami rule so long as it wasn't abused, a character couldn't be nominated more than twice per season. We had the autism in check, and for a long time, the mods turned a blind eye, until one day the stopped. What hurt most of all was how they still allowed /co/co/ to have 24/7 threads that were 30% page 10 bumps.
Still, before the fall 2015 and 2016 were glorious.
