How far is Humanity from an Omnitrix? My guess is you'd need a PhD in Biology, Chemical Enigineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer and Power Enigineering to be close to one, we already have smartphones and watches, so a device like it fitting on a wrist isn't so far-fetched
