Hard to exactly pinpoint Captain America, due to mess with Ross, but that still has to happen before HiX-Men even starts so that's before too.
Black Panther has a continuity problem that doesn't allow for exact placement and requires choosing a less conflicting one, but it has to happen much earlier too.
F4 and Carol are easy since they tie-in.
Age of Khonshu is probably before, but may turn out to be after, or even undone by time travel or reality warping.
