Since her family's reputation was basically tarnished, they'll be on even ground. I'm pretty sure if Dipper ever visits GF and sees Pacifica, there will be a chance of them getting together or Pacifica attempting to go on a date with him, but Dipper revealing he doesn't have those feelings anymore (since he crossed out that section about her hair smelling like champagne and liking her.)
