There's the episode where darwin feels jealous of penny and causes a bit of turmoil. There's the episode where gumball thinks Penny doesn't like him anymore and sends her on a treasure hunt. There's the episode where Gumball has a to get to the mall for a date with her and everyone misunderstands him. There's the episode where Penny asks Gumball to help her talk to her family about her shell. There's the episode where Gumball has to babysit her sister. Really, I can't think of a whole lot of episodes are just about them being together and happy, except for the Jealous Darwin one. In every other one it's either a short moment of an episode or gumball fucking up. How often do we see them do something together or hang out or go somewhere?
