Sonic Heroes and Shadow the Hedgehog immediately come to mind, the PS2 versions have downgraded graphics across the board and still run at 30fps unlike every other version which are all 60fps.
And the worst part is that only Sonic Heroes had a PC port while the best version of Shadow the Hedgehog is relegated to the Xbox, and even then, it's not Xbox One Backwards Compatible and the only way to get it digitally is to get a Japanese PSN account and buy it as a PS2 Classic for PS3.
