If this was Scott Snyder’s Justice league they’d have to go to the source wall and fight the ancient god of all viruses but that opens up a portal to the dark universe where the virus has a human problem and perpetua sent lex Luther to this dimension where he started the virus So now the evil version of the league has to fight good lex Luther but flash has to flashpoint to go into the future where there’s no virus but Batman said they had to do dark things to save humanity so flash goes back into the past to the end of final crisis where Batman says he’s been expecting him mean while prime Batman has shrunk himself down into quantum Batman to plant the idea to flash to stop dark final crisis Batman from turning into the corona virus. This makes Superman sad but he remembers to be happy and punches dr Manhattan who was behind perpetua the whole time but perpetua was really a dark vision from Batman who came to life with the nth meta. All this is happening in one universe. Batman and the antimonitor both destroy that universe, thus ending the corona virus.

Superman and Wonder Woman build emergency overflow facilities and keep the populace calm. GL helps Supes and Wondy (John's an architect) and can also shield people from infection. Batman uses the power of money to create a cure (while discovering it was all a nefarious plot by Lex Luthor). Then, in a splash page, Flash inoculates everyone in the world.

Its revealed to be a super virus created by Lex Luthor in order to kill Superman. But Lex Luthor being the dumbass that he is underestimated how fast Superman would recover because of his healing factor and the scope of the global infection that ultimately became a global pandemic. Lex Luthor decides to blame Superman for spreading the virus and absolve himself of any blame.
