>>115864373Finally got around to reading this. And i've enjoyed it, and only really have personal gripes, and that's just im a cynical bitch ass faggot.
Main one is, the main cast, is, like, all women. Like, it's hell, hedonism and all that shit, but the only mostly recurring male character with the main cast, aside from the ocassionaly appearance of Zoss, would be the ocassional appearance of Incubus, and he's kinda a fruitcake. But still, there's not even one male character that was part of the main group. Angel blahblah bullshit, WC being a girl was a thing since the beginning.
I'm one to start spewing shit at the presentation of tranny bullshit, she's an angel, an other worldly being above a human, dont really give a shit, and ive seen comments from previous threads, saying how/asking if, the whole "Transcendant" thing was tranny crap, but WC being a girl and being "Transcendant" seem like two entirely seperate issues. Like, she supposing to be a he isn't what makes her "Transcendant" but the fact that she held to her morals, virtues, and religious angel order bullshit, but also relieved herself of the restrictions of them.
And Zaid, being one of the 2 characters at the start of this, and like, one of, if not, The most important characters, and the whole reason Alissa continued on this escapade, and one of those male characters I was bitching about the lack of just above, and he shows up, like 100 pages in to be talked at, be of literally no use or importance, to be shoved off screen again until he shows up in the most insecure high security cells.
I was expecting to have a cut to his escapades at some point, to see how he had to struggle since he was abducted. But, nah, he's been living relatively comfortably for the last ~2 years. He went from being a slightly weird kid, to being a kid a bit annoyed at being kept in a gilded cage, and talked at like he's important somehow.
I like the comic fine but 99% of male character are the bad guys, traitors, or useless
