...what? But Joker JUST stabbed her in the guts moments ago. Does he have a doctor standing by in case the wound gets infected (guts contain shit, y'know) or if she suffers massive blood loss or septic shock or whatever?
It's really easy to excuse this with "the Joker is inconsistent by design! He's craaazy! One second he wants to kill Harley, and the next he wants her to live!"
Okay, but that makes for pretty bad storytelling. Same with Harley.
