>>115758246Portal probably isn't turned on, though Hordak might try if he thought they'd work out the kinks, at least delaying Prime, if not writing him out altogether.
Catra never brings DT into the Horde, so both sides in the war remain at higher strength, so the war wages on for longer, but with Entrapta by his side, Hordak eventually loses interest in conquest.
Micah is never rescued.
Catra would probably end up ruling the entirity of the wastes, but become bored once she has it. She won't be able to recover from her mental health issues as she starts to in the show, but having a fresh start would allow her to heal in a different way. I expect she'll be forever looking over her shoulder for Hordak or SW though.
Scopria remains loyal, but her affections are unlikely to be returned by Catra.
If Hordak did open the portal and Prime shows up, then Glimmer probably gets chipped instead, but most of the rest of the season plays out as usual, with Catra reluctantly joining the rebellion, reconciling with Adora as friends, but probably nothing more, leading to Adora dying in the heart.
