>>115576450First i recommend you to do a pitch bible. Its a simple tool to describe your characters and the setting in a short coesive way to whoever you want to explain your idea (search adventure time pitch bible) in the bible you also hace to describe a couple key episodes (if series)
>>115574330 altought the idea is weird she made a decent pitch bible for her stripper show.
When you have the idea planned (cof enter cof) next thing is
>script 1 page for minute indusrtry standard
>storyboard>layout Refinement of storyboard, also a way to block your scene if you have a background with multiple shots
>animatic (if you need voices at this point you already recorded)Edited storyboard in the way the time the shots take dont feel awkard
>backgrounds If you and your friends are the only crew do this first. Drawing backgrounds is kinda boring compared to animation if you do this last , youll procastinate
>animationYou start with the key poses , then breakdowns last inbetweens
>compositing Mixing animation ,backgrounds and effects you made
>sound designMix the music , voices , download sound effects or make them yourself
>render Done
