DUTCH
Brabant (c. Den Bosch), officially called Noord-Brabant
BELGIAN
Antwerpen (c. Antwerpen)
Vlaams-Brabant (c. Leuven), this and Antwerpen fall under the Flemish Region and the Flemish institutional community
Brabant Wallon (c. Wavre), falls under the Walloon Region and the French institutional community
Brussel/Bruxelles + surrounding towns exist as an enclave inside Vlaams-Brabant, officially their own Brussels Capital Region and shared under the Flemish and French communities.
All of the above and some more territories were part of the Duchy of Brabant during the high Middle Ages and Renaissance. (not so familiar with how administrative divisions and the Duchy's territorial changes worked after the Dutch Revolt)
In Belgium, the current Duchess of Brabant is Elisabeth, heir-apparent to the royal throne.
After the battle of Woeringen the Duchy formed a personal union with the Duchy of Limburg. There are both a Belgian province of Limburg (c. Hasselt) and a Dutch one (c. Maastricht).
Only the Belgian province has a like 6 km2 overlap with the old Duchy of Limburg. The Duchy was centered around the town of Limburg, which is now in the Belgian province of Liège (c. Liège), which (among other things) contains most of the Prince-Bishopric of Liège.
Belgian Limburg is mostly where the counties of Loon and Horn used to be. These were both vassals to the Prince-Bishopric of Liège at some point.
There's still a Prince of Liège, it's Albert II, former King of Belgium.
Dutch Limburg is mostly former territories of the County/Duchy of Gelderland.
There have been proposals to rename Belgian Limburg to Kimburg by fans of a certain tennis player, but we didn't want to give North-Korea any ideas.
