Joker goes to great lengths to kill Harley but when he finally gets her dead to rights he doesn't want to kill her despite stabbing her and possibly fatally wounding her moments earlier. Okay, Joker is insane, he doesn't have to act consistently, great.
King Shark goes berserk at the smell of blood in one episode, then is perfectly fine with decapitating a person with his mouth in a later episode, then pukes at the sight of a gore stain on a cape a few episodes later, then casually eviscerates and decapitates people a few episodes later.
Doctor Psycho's powers fluctuate a lot but at least the show explains it away by saying he's lazy and not focused or drunk or high on medication, which is fine.
Ivy's powers go from being able to break out of Arkham with an orange seed and being able to break into Joker's fortress to doing jack shit. Ivy, usually level-headed and methodological, sneaks into a factory instead of breaking into it with fuckhuge plants as she did in Arkham. Why sneak around instead of an all-out assault? Only the writers know (or don't).
Batman wears a gas mask before storming Joker's fortress, probably because he expected a gas attack. Then he takes it off for no reason. And gets gassed.
And that's before mentioning all the point-blank missed shots, all the "yeah I'll let this person who wants to kill me live", all the "Harley is moral" crap, and I won't explicitly mention the f-word.
