>>115317515oooh shiiiiit. There was that flashback with her mum seeing her getting transfered to the school, and she was crying. Followed by her asking Kat to be her friend.
....Although that could be for a lot of reasons. she would have known that if Surma, her friend, had a kid that means she's dead. Yeah, that's not that revelatory.
>Hell, Tony and Surma being together also feels pretty orchestrated.eeeeh, Surma had a last-minute decision to alleviate glasses guy's obligations so he could comfort his girlfriend? The court setting that up would be a pretty convoluted plot.
>>115317516>the court knows exactly what she's doing,Who even IS the court at this point?
There's exactly one guy on the throne. I forget his name. But he's there. Chairman or whatever.
Carver is "in deep" with them. But he's more like an agent.
All the other teachers have various degrees of distrust for the court.
The shadowmen? Yeah, that one old general guy. (he now has the goosewater). Meaning that the one subversive couple are "in on it". (ah, Carver is in on that one... so yeah... that's a set up)
The robots? They're practically free agents with Mr. Robot leading them to some sort of revolution. Even the Seraphs are under his freshly grown meat-thumb. The court had to put in overrides.
Nameless faceless "the man" background characters?
