>>115072533This is Chansey
Chansey is a fat pink slut that's notorious for being an incredibly bulky sack of shit that can wall pretty much any special attack. She's also known for crumpling to pretty much any physical attack, having the physical defenses of a newborn child's skull, and frankly if she tried to challenge said child to an arm wrestling contest, she'd likely lose. This is, of course, expressed in-game by her having an Attack and Defense stat of base 5 each. If you're not aware, this is abysmal.
Chansey can learn Seismic Toss at level 1 via TM. This does nothing to change her abysmal attack stat, of course, but by the logic of those who subscribe to a literalist interpretation of animations, she can still toss any Pokemon (including Celesteela, a giant steel bamboo rocket monster that weighs 2204.4 lbs)
Of course, this also means that Chansey at level 1 is about as strong as a level 100 Machoke, who can move mountains with his sheer strength.
Oh, and Seismic Toss's damage is a product of a Pokemon's level. Meaning, if this level 1 Chansey were to use Seismic Toss, it would always deal exactly 1 damage. Going back to Machamp, one who has 0 EVs invested in HP will have 321 HP at level 100, assuming perfect IVs (which is to say, perfect genes, don't worry about it too much). This means that Machamp can survive, by your logic, being tossed into orbit 321 times in a row. This is despite the fact that a bird can deal far more substantial damage to said Machamp by pecking at it.
Now this is where things get fun. Remember how I said Chansey has shit defense? Well that doesn't matter with Seismic Toss, all that matters is HP. Chansey has some really thicc HP, at a staggering 641 HP at level 100, assuming no EVs and perfect IVs. This means that our paper thin Chansey can survive 641 trips to orbit, almost double that of Machamp. This is despite the fact that Chansey would die far more quickly to physical moves than Machamp would under normal conditions.
