How do we make Katherine Cain a valid addition to the Bat-Family? Personal opinion; I think her calling herself "Batwoman" is a disservice to her character. She should come up with her own original identity. Furthermore, what's the point of making Kate a blood relative to Bruce? It seems forced and hardly comes up.

Here's a random idea; Why not make her an agent of ARGUS or SHADE who is stationed in Gotham to monitor and neutralize all paranormal threats? An original name and costume of her own, perhaps something a bit more military, could do her some good. Thoughts?
