Cuphead is quite inspiring. The creators had no real experience of animation before the project but they were able to create something very pleasant and tasteful. I don't suppose that the TV version will be as succinct as classic animation, but if there is an attempt to construct something creative and lovely it should be considered a success. And I hope they won't fold on the soundtrack for something more modern.

With all respect to Cuphead's creators, who thought Cuphead show would actually be a good idea? Game's banking a lot on classic rubber hose animation but otherwise it's pretty low on character or story. It feels like a cash grab attempt at this point more than anything.

Bases on usual track record of announcement to release I would say your not seeing this till 2022
