These videos are like the parody films by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer.
Rather than say something about the things they're spoofing, they opt to just cram as much garbage until they get at least one chuckle.
And much like those films, they're easy to produce since you can just halfass the whole thing and claim it was part of the joke.

Some of his videos are lame but others are good. I thought the Ronald McDonald one was pretty good. I don't get why you would hate on a guy who clearly works hard at what he does. I mean he releases videos very quickly.

He was releasing a video every couple weeks by himself. They may not require a huge amount of work because he basically just draws the characters and animates the mouths but he puts work in.
