He's a pterodactyl man in loincloth. Beyond that his backstory and setup is really stupid. He's a guy who was turned into an vampire after being bitten by mutant pterodactyls who transforms into a giant pterodactyl man if he steals the lifeforce of superhumans. Also he can breath fire. On top of that, he's a character intimately tied to the Savage Land, and there really haven't been a lot of good stories using it in a long time nor are a lot of writers fond of the Savage Land characters.
