Politics and pandering ruined the entire branch of western comics. Ever since the Marvel Civil War comics everything became a cynical nose dive to the point nobody wants to read comics anymore unless its manga. I hope all the big comic brands get hit so hard that it will give rise to a new indy boom of self published comics.
