Who the fuck created the New 52 DC Multiverse in-canon? I remember the Flashpoint story making it clear Barry did by running really fast, But then the Doomsday Clock series shows Dr Manhattan being responsible, There's also the Sandman/Lucifer where Lucifer was the one who did it under The Presence's orders, Shouldn't the Presence care if Dr Manhattan/Flash is messing with his stuff?
