>>114159075From a male perspective, many good women are inherently "good future mothers", because they care and have soul. Examples: MLP:FiM, pre-2008 Star Trek, Dofus Book 1: Julith, Tangled, DCSHG2019, Miyazaki's movies. Sure they have quirks but anyone has them. From a lady's perspective they are unrealistic, instead.
I know many women who love Game of Thrones / A Song of Ice and Fire / Elena Ferrante's books / other shit because "women there are well written", but they (the characters) are always piece of shits with ultra double standards, almost bipolar, one moment "indipendent" and "loving", the other "lustful" and "backstabbing". The theory goes that portraying women either as saints or sluts with no shades in-between is bad writing. Personally, these characters are awful and unlikable, and anyone with minimal emotional maturity would avoid them in real life. Anyway, I guess my minimal is 'way over the top' for someone else.
