That puts the boys at being between ten and twelve, which makes a lot more sense than the eight years old Act Your Age made Phineas.

Basically, Linda and Doof only had one date and never met again after that, so Doof can't have fathered both Candace and Phineas.
The timeline doesn't fit either. If you try to count the ages of the kids and the adults and attempt to determine the approximate years when everyone would've been born, it's impossible for Doof to have fathered either Candace or Phineas on that single date they had back in the 1980s.
Also, Povenmire and Marsh have been asked about it a million times on Twitter, and they've always said that no.
