On the topic of Venom symbiotes, I really enjoyed having Mac Gargan parade around as Spider-Man. Not only was he rocking the black suit (it's established he could change it if he wanted), he has a physically imposing figure along with the ability to go full on Venom beast mode if pushed to it. I wasn't by any means a fan of his first symbiote appearance but the further he's progressed, the better his Venom/Spider-Man costumes worked.
