>>113872570I despise the narrative that these hack writers keep pushing that Hank is unforgivable and irredeemable. I was tired of him being merged with Ultron because that would be the last thing that Hank would've wanted in the first place, and his "friends" considered him to be a lost cause the same way they saw Cyclops when he lashed out at Xavier. Ot doesn't help at all when his original Hank-soul was destroyed by Devondra in Soul world which really cements the status quo that Hank is incapable of redemption in the eyes of these writers to show off that they're "progressive" by taking extra care on Janet's end despite the fact that what Janet did to Hank was still her fault and that if she didn't exacerbate his conditions, Hank wouldn't be like this.
I don't care if people think it's too harsh on Janet; every time she's been hurt, kicked, punched, blasted, thrown around, and slapped is deserved. She keeps pushing the narrative that she's the victim when she enabled his behavior in the first place. She called him a monster, but she's the real monster for framing him as such when she was the one who did ot to him in the first place.
