CN never stops playing it. It's a well-known fact, at this point, that the people who pick the awards don't actually watch animation. They just go with what they think would be most likely to win an award and, if all they see is TTGO, then they'll assume that it must be popular and therefore must be good.

the biggest problem is after harry potter warner didn't find another franchise with kids

I had a friend who liked it and they usually have good tastes. There are also a few episodes I've seen that I found fun.(This was all near the beginning of it's time idk what they or I would say now) I hated it for the majority though.
I think it just has to do with how much it spams it's bound to do something funny eventually, and people latch on to those fun parts like they do with family guy.
