She was supposed to receive the power of the Starbrand before a mistake sent it to Kevin Conner instead. Now that Kevin is dead, you'd think it would revert to her instead.

Also, where the hell is Nightmask? You'd think recent events would warrant his appearance, yet he's nowhere to be seen.
