I liked Sokka until I saw his weapon, he has a sword (and a machete) so that means he is useless and his comedy wasn't that funny. In fact originally he wasn't meant to be part of the core group in planning stages for the show. But I still don't like him because of how useless he was.
Katara and Toph were obvious annoying Stronk Womyn bullshit. I just wanted them to get defeated in a fight and have the prides completely destroyed, but sadly this show was created by self-hating faggot male feminists.
Aang is a pacifist loser. No one likes a pacifist in a time of war, just ask the Attack on Titan fanbase right now in the final story arc (a pacifist is literally ruining the only salvation his race has to save enemies who want him dead). Aang has neat powers for an adventure show, but his personality is in every way lame. I never heard of anyone back in the day when this show was new that thought Aang was cool. He was lame from personality to design (and the only time he looked good was when he let his hair grow with a bandanna combo but he shaved again).
Zuko really has a big issue, his voice actor sounds like he never went through puberty so his voice felt unfitting because Zuko is THE oldest of the teenage characters. So a lot of his scenes are smeared by his voice actor. Anyway, I didn't much like Zuko who is a weak mama's boy type character in the literal sense. He's just some schmuck obsessed with his mother. He starts the show weak and frankly he ends the show weak by having Katara fight his battle for him and winning for him (though I suspect the reason the bastard writers did that is because you cannot show Zuko use his fire powers to hurt a whamen like his evil sister).
Anyway the show is shit. Avatar is a great example of how good animation and even decent art style will NOT make a show good because the writing is very bad which leads to lousy characters. Only Iroh is acceptable.
