That said, if they could figure out a way to kill debugged glitches or force them into less threatening forms, then they could stay in business just going from game to game retaining stolen powerups and maybe teaming up with neutral and good glitches like Ally.
Actually, since it was established that while glitches are compelled to follow the routine of their current form, they have their own intelligence underlying that, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a tech or two hiding neutral and good glitches from Hinobi just in case the mega corporation turns out to be evil like in literally every game they've ever played.
Also wouldn't be surprised if there's players with no idea what a Glitch Tech is running around knocking glitches down on their own. Even if you can't contain them, it's not like they find a new host game immediately. Say you see someone else's game glitch, beat the glitch, and then the glitch fucks off to another game and the Glitch techs wipe the people around that incident and the original owner, but miss you. As long as you dodge the Glitch Techs going forward you can just keep an eye out for monsters to fight.
