>>113213191Poor encoding. A good quality, well encoded HD rip of the average 22 minute cartoon from a decent source should be around 800mb-1gb. That's just the space HD content needs, compress it any more and the quality will suffer (bear in mind a Blu-ray disc will hold 25 or 50gb). Happily HDD storage is relatively cheap now, you don't need to store media on an SSD.
